IROAD Australia offers a comprehensive 3-year limited warranty on all dash cameras purchased through authorised dealers in Australia and New Zealand. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase, ensuring peace of mind for both installers and end-users. In the unlikely event of a fault, IROAD commits to repairing or replacing the product at its discretion, using either new or reconditioned units. It's important to note that this warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. To facilitate warranty claims, customers should contact the retailer where the product was purchased. Additionally, IROAD provides a 1-year limited warranty on accessories, such as hardwiring kits and OBDII cables, also starting from the original purchase date.
